The evening moves from the freshness and elegance of Soave, into the fuller character of Veronese Rosso and Valpolicella, before reaching the depth and richness of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a menu curated by Executive Chef Andrea Montella, drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Veneto. From delicate seafood and regional cheeses to pumpkin gnocchi, slow-cooked Wagyu and a classic Tiramisu, the menu complements the changing character of the wines as the evening unfolds.
