Throughout the evening, we'll explore a selection of vintages from both estates, including Château Canon-La-Gaffelière 2005 and La Mondotte 2009. Two wonderful examples of how these wines develop over time, with the opportunity to enjoy them after many years of ageing. The team from Bisou will join us to prepare a special pairing menu to accompany the wines.
