Anne, Catherine, and Constance represent two generations of winemakers behind Domaine Parent, an estate heralded as Pommard’s crown jewel producing unmistakable wines of power, concentration, and a deft sense of elegance. Les véritables matriarches de Pommard. On November 26th, for the first time in Bangkok, we are thrilled to welcome Constance Fages-Parent and a selection of maturing wines from Domaine Parent at none other than Anne Sophie Pic’s Le Normandie in the historic Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Wines spanning three decades across white and red appellations within the 1er and Grand Crus of the Côtes de Beaune paired with Madame Pic’s bold yet finesse-driven cuisine, a perfect spiritual and gastronomic counterpart to the wines of the Parent family.
