Spain is home to some of the world’s oldest winemaking traditions, yet it’s also one of the most exciting places for a new generation of winemakers today. New Spain, Old Spain brings both sides together. Over dinner, we’ll be opening bottles from historic producers and traditional regions alongside a new wave of winemakers shaping what Spanish wine looks like today. On August 27, we’re taking over Don Asado with Wine Garage for the evening. Don Asado will be serving an Argentinian feast, including off-menu dishes created especially for the night, alongside our lineup of Spanish wines. The spirit of asado reflects how we think great wine should be enjoyed: around one table, with plenty of food, wine, and good company.
