Join us at Bar.Yard for an evening of 5 courses and 5 Australian wines from Stonefish Wines high above Bangkok. Hosted in collaboration with Wine Dee Dee, the evening will be led by Peter Papanikitas, Owner of Stonefish Wines, who will introduce each wine pairing throughout dinner. On the menu: a 5-course Peruvian-inspired feast curated by Chef Julio César Concha Muñoz, Bar.Yard's Head Chef, from Salmon Tiradito and Peruvian Beef Tartare to Arroz con Mariscos, slow-braised Seco de Asado de Tira and Crispy Pork Belly Chuleta Frita, finishing with a signature dessert bite.
